The longer evenings and nights bring the familiar feeling of hibernation, ideal writing season.
At the moment I'm trying to finish another biography. Having one published helps immensely, as curious looks at me are now redirected to curious looks at the front cover of the first title in the Muslims in the Modern World Series. At least people now know this is not all a figment of my imagination! It's real. Feedback has been very positive and helps profoundly on days when I can't seem to get beyond the current page I'm writing.
Diverse projects in the pipeline, including one scrumptious, bursting with colour and detail looking picture/information book for children (which I guess adults will like too). I'm not illustrating it, of course... but writing it. I believe the idea will appeal to global minds out there, and can't wait to put a sample page or two up soon.
